Emilia found that not only is it a full body exercise, but it’s a great stress reliever in a controlled environment.
She recognised early on that she wanted to bring classes to more people, so undertook training to teach non-contact pad work. Since then, she has worked with clients solely on a 1-2-1 basis.
She has helped clients gain confidence and, most have said, a sense of empowerment. Most of her previous 1-2-1 clients are those who have come from larger classes, and like her, caught the boxing bug!

This sport will teach you discipline. It is a great tool for self defence or if you are unfit and wanting to get in shape.
